Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to OneCall Managed Services are handled.
By purchasing services from OneCall Managed Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, including digital services, consulting, labor, and ongoing support:
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Managed IT services
- Monthly support plans
- Cybersecurity services
- Website design and hosting
- Consulting and project-based work
- Hardware and software purchases
3. Monthly Services & Subscriptions
- Monthly services are billed in advance
- Services are not prorated upon cancellation
- Once a billing cycle begins, charges for that cycle are non-refundable
4. Project-Based Work
For project-based services:
- Deposits and payments made toward project work are non-refundable
- Work already completed is billable and non-refundable
- Any remaining balances must still be paid according to the agreed terms
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error:
- You must notify us within 7 days of the charge
- We will review the issue and correct any verified billing mistakes
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact OneCall Managed Services to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Termination of service agreements
- Additional administrative fees
- Collection actions if necessary
7. Service Cancellation
- Cancellation terms are defined in your service agreement
- If no agreement exists, a minimum of 15 days written notice is required prior to the next billing cycle
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for previously billed services
8. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only at the sole discretion of OneCall Managed Services and must be documented in writing.
